The Rodger A. Graef Foundation
The Rodger A. Graef Foundation was created in September 1997 as a non profit Nevada corporation. The Foundation was funded upon Mr. Graef’s death on July 6, 2003 from Mr. Graef’s charitable remainder trust and his living trust. Its purpose is to benefit education, the arts, social welfare and other charitable causes which promote the public interest.
